Membership application
There is an induction fee of $25.00 (per couple) to be paid by each new member. When joining before July 1, membership expires December of the same year. When joining on July 1 or later, membership expires December of the following year. The yearly dues are $20. Please send this application along with your check for $25.00 payable to: Traveling Supremes, Inc. Mailing address is on the application form.
