Update on James Smith

We cannot thank all our friends and family enough for all the kind calls, texts, visits and prayers during James’ unexpected stay in Cardiac Care Unit in Ft Worth. A routine procedure to correct his atrial fibrillation resulted in emergency complications that were scary to say the least. After 6 days in CCU, we are heading home and will get continuing re-checks along the way. James is feeling fine and is anxious to get back to normal life asap.

Dues, Notes and Rallies

Dues

Dues are now due. To have your info included in the upcoming roster, dues need to be paid prior to April 1.  Best do it now! (Better facilitates bookkeeping.)  Dues are only $20  (Send to Treasurer Bud Odom, 211 Walnut, West Monroe, LA 71291).

Please note: Some have paid in advance and again paid while we were in Victoria so you may want to check your records.  We have one person who now is paid up to 2024!

Linda Brian would like to send the E-Newsletter to both spouses, so make sure she has both your emails.  Not just one….

Similarly, this blog is sent automatically to the email address of all who “follow” the blog.  So make sure that BOTH spouses enter their emails in the “Follow” box on the left.  That way both of you will get all the new posts forwarded.  We won’t use your emails for any nefarious purposes, and you can always cancel if you wish so no harm no foul.
