January 3, 2018 (Wednesday) — Departure.

NOTE #1: The KOA has a Cafe which is a licensed facility and is located in the Clubhouse. The Cafe will be closed while we are there; however, we may use the kitchen. BUT if doing so, we must abide by State Restaurant regulations which include only one person from our club can be in the kitchen at a time and the person must wear approved head covering (hairnet) at all times. So – I’d suggest preparing your food contributions in your own rig! Crock pots, electric griddles, etc are ok to use in the Clubhouse.

NOTE #2: The Schroeder Hall which is the second oldest dance hall in the State of Texas is located approximately 13 miles from the Campground. On Saturday evening, December 30th, Billy Mata & the Texas Traditions will be performing Western Swing music. Cover charge is $15/person. Some of our musical cub members may want to attend. Check out the website Schroederhall.com for more information.
