Hello to all of those Travel Supreme members who are considering or planning on going to the Amish Gathering we are hosting next summer in our favorite Amish country – I know this is a little early, but I thought it would be a benefit to you to have the information on reservations for next summer – This RV park is closed Nov. 1 through April 1 – I would suggest that if you plan to attend, that you go ahead and make your reservations before November, as it is a very popular RV Park and usually full of RVers.
They are holding the following sites for us until May 1: 50 AMP sites –37, 39, 41, 49, 52, 54, 59, 61, 62, 63, 64 30 AMP sites – 38, 40, 55, 56 Super sites – Site N, Site O (Super sites have a slab patio and they are right by the road, so you can see the Amish horses and buggies as much as you would like.)
Cost: 30 and 50 amp are $38 per day – by staying 7 days, you will receive a discount and it will be $210 for the 7 days. Super Sites are $45 a day – by staying 7 days, you will receive a discount and it will be $290 for the 7 days. You can go to their website and see a site map of the RV Park and directions to the park. Reservations must be made for each individual camper by May 1, 2018 in order to be assigned a site with the group. A $30 deposit must be received by June 1, 2018 for each reservation with the group. Balance is due upon arrival with check or cash, since they DO NOT accept credit cards. When calling to make reservations mention Travel Supreme Gathering and my (Judy Gamble) name.
Their cancellation policy: “We must receive a phone call 48 hours prior to arrival date notifying us of a cancellation – At that time, the deposit will be put on camper’s account as a credit for a future reservation, with no expiration date. We do not mail refunds – If we are not notified by the specified time frame, the deposit will be forfeited. I hope the above information will be helpful to you and answer a lot of your questions”
We look forward to hosting the gathering and visiting with all of you. We will have lots of tourism information prepared that you will be given upon arrival. There are lots of fun and interesting things to do in Holmes County Ohio, the largest Amish settlement in the world, with well over 40,000 Amish in that one county.
Hosts: Irby and Judy Gamble
